RMS Beauty Sublime Lip Shine

Processed with VSCOcam with c1 preset

RMS Beauty Sublime Lip Shine is my new favorite lip color for Summer! When I first spotted the fuchsia, hot pink color in the pot, my first thought was “there is no way I can pull off that strong color!”. It seemed so bold. Boy was I wrong!  It is incredibly flattering on all skin tones and it instantly brightens the complexion. If you are scared of it being too pink, don’t be! It’s very buildable. You can wear it sheer to create a slight baby pink color or add more layers to make it more pigmented. It never looks like too much product is on my lips no matter how many layers of this I apply and the best part is that IT IS SO MOISTURIZING. It feels like a lip balm + lip tint all in one. It also lasts throughout the entire day on me and I find that by the end of the day while some of the pigment may have lessened, the pink color still lasts and looks natural and beautiful on my lips. You could also wear this on your cheeks as well!

  1. Beautiful colour on you Britanie! Although I have yet to see a colour that doesn’t look good on you! The lip shine sounds really lovely…could be my next RMS Beauty purchase. I use the Living Luminizer religiously, even on days when I wear nothing else I always dab on a bit of the magic to my cheekbones =) Such a great brand with skin loving products. xx

  2. I have this shade! Isn’t it a stunner. I’m not always one for bright lips, but I saw it in the store, and thought to myself “Barbie! I need it!” I actually really love wearing this over more neutral toned lipsticks as well, to add some pop. Also, it looks gorgeous on you! :)

  3. I’ve wanted to try RMS Beauty for a while now. I love that these lip colors are pigmented and bright without using synthetic dyes!

  4. Beautiful colour! I have Sacred and it looks SO dark in the pot but I agree with you, they’re very buildable! I apply with my fingers if I want it sheer & with a lip brush for a more daring shade!

  5. You look amazing in just about everything ! I love RMS lip shines, they really do feel like lip balms with a tint. Have you found any other lip products with the same feeling?
    Xoxo

  6. You always look stunning…..no matter what you wear! I’ve always shied away from bright colors with my very fair complexion, but you’ve made me curious to take the “risk”.

May I ask what foundation and under-eye concealer you’re also wearing?

    • Thank you, that’s so sweet! I definitely would give this color a go, I was scared at first but honestly I think bright colors can look really fantastic on especially fair skin tones. I’m so happy I’ve convinced you to take the risk!! yay :)

I am wearing Alima Pure’s Satin Matte Foundation in this with Mineral Fusion duo concealer under my eyes :)

      • I really appreciate your reply. Fortunately I have both of those products. You make them look so good; the application is just flawless. Do you do weddings? ;)

  7. Just GORGEOUS. And you have divine lips, lovely :) I love RMS and haven’t kept up in a while. It’s so good to see that they keep putting out amazing products.

    • Thank you SO much! I am so happy you commented because I just checked out your blog and I am in love with everything! You are stunning and your photographs are absolutely beautiful. I cannot wait to read more of your posts… xoxoxo
