(This month’s value is $100)

I’ve been anxiously awaiting this product for months now since the first time Shrankhla Holocek, Founder of UMA Oils mentioned to me that she was going to formulate a super powered nourishing hair oil. I’m so thrilled that Beauty Heroes has chosen this very special product that is just incredible in every way!

For Shrankhla, beauty is rooted in the time-honored traditions of her family farm. The company is named after Shrankhla’s aunt who exemplified simplicity and integrity.

Which by the way, Shrankhla does as well!

UMA Oils are 100 percent organically cultivated, extracted, distilled and bottled on her family’s 100-acre estate in India.

Look at what’s inside this beautiful bottle:

Essential oils of: Grapefruit, Lemon, Cypriol, Hibiscus, and Yerba de Tago in a base of Grapeseed, Indian Gooseberry, Moringa and Jojoba oils .

For daily use: just 2-3 drops on dry hair rubbed between your fingertips and run through your hair from mid-length to ends.

On damp hair: 3-4 on fingers and apply to full length of hair between styling and drying.

You will end up with healthy, shiny, hydrated and nourished hair!  This Nourishing Hair Oil also stimulates natural hair growth.

I use this as a nighttime treatment before bed twice a week. With 2-4 drops warmed in my hands, I breathe in the aromatic potent essential oils and release the stress of the day. I then run the oil throughout my hair and lightly massage my scalp. It’s so relaxing and such a good ritual to do before sleep.

Onto this month’s Sidekick!

A warming feast for the face! UMA debuts the Ultimate Brightening Face Mask as the newest launch in their luxury Ayurvedic skincare line exclusively to Beauty Heroes. This traditional recipe of papaya, tomato, aloe vera, honey and rose water spiked with warming cinnamon, toning saffron and heady sandalwood revitalizes and nourishes dull, tired skin. Finished with brightening bentonite clay and orange peel, it brings out your skin’s healthiest glow.

Apply a thin layer onto a clean face, neck or anywhere your skin needs a pick-me-up. Leave on for about 7 minutes (or as long as you like) then rinse with warm water, followed a few splashes of cold water. Beauty tip: UMA suggests gently rubbing an ice cube on the skin for a minute after removing the mask for optimal results.
