These are some of my most recently purchased products. I am in the process of trying to switch over to mainly non toxic makeup and skincare and I wanted to share some of the things I have discovered, used and love.

My recent haul from thebalm came in the mail yesterday and they included one free full eyeshadow and a cheek/lip tint. I thought that was pretty amazing of them to do. Shipping was also free. I love their products. I have a lot of their skincare items but had never tried their makeup before. I already am loving everything. I will be doing a more in-depth review on some of these products soon. everything from The Balm is free of parabens and other nasty chemicals. Their packaging is the cutest too.

I’ve been interested in trying their stuff for awhile now and decided to buy some samples before going crazy with anything and also it’s hard to know what shades I am in foundations and concealers as I am so pale. I received five samples for $15 (and a $10 off promo code) and I am very impressed with the amount that they give for samples. I have used the concealer twice already and there is still plenty left. I LOVE the concealer. It’s amazing. I am thinking of buying it in full size. It is the Illusionist Concealer in the shade 110. I also got a sample of the Aura blush in “Whisper” and it’s the perfect pink shade. it immediately adds a beautiful glow to my cheeks. I also love the smell of all of their products. They smell like fruit. I am super impressed by this company. Everything is 70% organic.

I will probably have a haul from their site coming up as soon as I have enough money to go crazy on their site. I really love their stuff so far.

I bought these Jane Iredale Eye Shimmer Powders in “Gold” and “Champagne” a few weeks ago along with the Active Light Concealer and these were half off. I had to pick them up because they are super pigmented and just add a lovely shimmery look to my eyes. So pretty.

My new favorite find. This was on sale for $7 at my local co-op market and I am so happy I got it because I’ve used it twice already and it doesn’t irritate my skin at all and leaves my skin feeling super healthy and moisturized. I want to buy a back up of this! So good.
