  1. For Spring I have been using more Argan oil instead of a traditional moisturizer because it targets my temperamental skin better without feeling too heavy.

Thank you. I enjoy reading your blog as I transition into more natural beauty products.

  2. Spring is so bright and lovely, I love watching the flowers come out! This year I’ve planted a vegetable garden to help us eat a bit more healthy and enjoy new foods!

  3. There are a couple different things I’ve been doing to my beauty regimen but I think the most important is I have started taking fish oil and vitamin d. Unfortunately I live in Texas where it went from winter straight into summer but I always enjoy the mountain laurel blossoms and bluebonnets.

  4. Thanks for an amazing giveaway. I’m doing a cleanse for spring cleaning inside and out – including herbs for detoxing. Dandelion is also great for that including any liver issues. It’s fascinating to me how our organs are connected to our emotions. Clean up your organs and you can get your emotions healthy as well. Mind/body/spirit – it’s all connected.

  8. Hi Britanie! Thanks for great giveaway!:) I start every spring morning with fresh vegetable juice:) and of course 2 glasses of lemon and ginger water:)

  9. Ahhhh!! Thank you so much for the lovely giveaway! For health and beauty this season I am going to enveil myself in positive energy as bright as spring itself, and clean with lots of herbal tea, and enjoy another year of veganism! ^ – ^

  10. Spring is the moment to detox my body, glas of water with lemon in the morning, a lot of fruit etc

  11. i’m actually trying to reserve coffee for weekends only so winning this tea would be a great replacement bevvie 🙂 i like you on fb and have you in my feedly and on twitter!

  12. Fruit trees in bloom, with bees
There is nothing more exhilarating than the sight of an apple orchard abloom with lovely fragrant, pink-white flowers, honeybees happily buzzing from one flower to the next; bumblebees get in on the action as well. Even the wild hillsides are covered with blooming serviceberry bushes, and if you’re very still, and listen very quietly, you’ll hear the all-pervading hum of those black-and-yellow anomalies performing a most needful service to the trees—pollination. Without bees, those apples would be far and few between. Flowers need bees as much as bees need flowers—and we need ‘em both.

  13. For my health this spring I’m exploring a vegan lifestyle! I’m excited to see my results from treating my body with more care.

  14. I have been spending a little bit of time outside despite the weather! I’m not sure if it does anything for beauty, but sure makes me feel more beautiful.

  15. Thanks for hosting another great giveaway! I really like spring rains, but it’s still snowing up here so I’ll have to wait for a while before I get to see them. Thanks again for the chance you win!

  16. Awesome giveaway!! For Spring, I’ve added the Sibu Seabuckthorn oil into my acne regimen and got back into exercising regularly and eating cleaner.

  17. Hi Britanie, thanks for this lovely giveaway…. I was actually planning to read this book!
What i love about spring are trees in bloom and hearing blackbirds singing…
I already love your facebook page and follow you in Instagram and Pinterest…
    Thanks,
    Mel

  18. Within the past several weeks I have decided to completely change how I look at what food I am eating. I’ve started changing from unhealthy to complete organic. Very thankful for you and the other bloggers out there that have help me rethink how I look at beauty, food, etc.

  19. My favorite thing about the change in seasons is the change in produce. I always try to plan my meals around what is in season.

  20. I’ve decided to incorporate all fresh fruit and veggies. No more canned greens! I’m also trying to switch out my diet coke for water. Baby steps!

  21. Spring brings with it the opportunity to dig in the soil and plant all kinds of new life…cannot wait!

  22. I love waiting and watching all of the flowers bloom! And enjoy the warm days and cool nights. 🙂

  23. My favorite thing to do with changing of the seasons from winter to spring is lots of scrubs! Sugar scrubs, salt scrubs! All kind of scrubs!

  24. I celebrate spring by cleansing myself inside and out. This is the time when I usually cut my hair back a little. I make detox face-masks using kaolin, bentonite clay, raw manuka honey and your ayurvedic ingredients (nutmeg, kardamom, ginger… I like to mix it up:).
For my inner well-being, I have been fasting at this time of the year two years in a row now. For a week, I eat gradually less and less, then for two weeks, I only drink tea. Then over the following week, I gradually go back to eating normally again. It really boosts my metabolism, and my skin looks *amazing* for a couple of weeks after doing this routine! Much clearer and firmer. Fasting is also a spiritual journey for me, I usually feel that I get much closer to my Inner light during these weeks, to the peace and harmony I aspire to achieve in my life. I’m currently in week number two, looking forward to the rest. Already feeling lighter and closer to the earth. 🙂
I wish you a Spring as beautiful and magical as You are.

  25. Great giveaway, and I found a new blog! Now that winter is done and the weather is warming up I’m incorporating more green smoothies into my diet. Beauty wise, I’m chopping off my hair 🙂

  26. This spring I’m getting my SPF-act together. I’m already seeing an improvement in my hyperpigmentation since I started wearing sunscreen more regularly! Love your blog, by the way, Britanie. Liked you on Facebook and following you on Bloglovin,

  27. i’ve decided to fully, completely commit to a gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free diet + meditate at least 15 minutes a day to help heal my depression and digestive tract issues. i have been really into peppermint tea (it soothes my body and mind) and would feel so lucky to try your dandelion tea (i’ve heard that it too works wonders for digestion). i would also really value Eat Pretty—i would love encouragement in my journey to better my mind, body and soul!
and my favorite thing about spring is the seemingly endless possibility. i am always feeling so inspired and renewed at this time + it makes me believe in myself more
thank you britanie for all your inspiration and good thoughts on this blog! ❤

  28. Oh Britanie you’re just the best with your giveaways, you always have such great prizes! I’m really curious about the book, everyone seems to love it! 🙂
Okay for my health, I’m on a nettle tea detox but I’ll also have to check out the dandelion tea, I remember you wrote about that last year 🙂 And I just love spring, everything is so beautiful!<3
I don't have facebook but I follow you on Bloglovin and Instagram.
Have a lovely day! 🙂 xx

  29. I love all the blooming flowers that I can take pictures of, and the trees coming back to life 🙂 I’m a fan on Facebook as Katherine Ryan

  30. I am continuing to be ovo-vegetarian, but am incorporating a lot more exercise. I am also cutting out junk food, sodas, and lazy days.

  31. Loving this giveaway! For Spring, I’m trying to lighten up on the moisturizer (especially for my oily skin), exfoliate more, and drink more water. My favorite thing about Spring is, of course, the beautiful wildflowers. 🙂

  32. I have started oil pulling and also starting to play outside in the sun more often as the days grow longer and warmer. Thank you for offering this giveaway, Britanie!

  33. For spring I am currently spring cleaning my closet and room. Beyond that, I’ve found myself reintroducing green juices and smoothies into my diet!

  34. following you everywhere I think 🙂 I’m working out 5-6 times per week, eating more greens and fruit and trying to stay positive every day for Spring ♥ – how about you?

  35. I am drinking fresh fruit smoothies and getting my running back on track. Thank you so much for offering such a wonderful giveaway.

  36. Spring is my favorite season! It lifts my depression, energizes me, and calms me. I usually give my body a “Spring” cleaning. I do detox/juicing for about three weeks. But ever since I met the love of my life, I have kind of…let myself go…sheepish face…a little. So I promised my boyfriend if he joined the gym with me, and we worked out consistently till July, I will buy him the X-Box One 🙂 The things I promise for our health lol.

  37. My favorite thing about spring? Farmers markets! There is nothing like a fresh strawberry or a bunch of asparagus sourced from a local, organic farm (and trying new recipes with the produce I get!). I also get very excited for new Alima Pure makeup collections during springtime! I’m eyeing their Gaia Collection right now 😉

  38. My favourite things about spring? I like waking up to it being bright outside and I love hearing the birds chirping. Oh, and seeing the cherry trees blooming. They are stunningly beautiful.
Liked on FB as Loupita, follow on instagram as loupitas.

  39. I just got my spring haircut! I’ve also been running outside and drinking lots of smoothies. My favorite thing about Spring is probably seeing everyone outside enjoying the beautiful weather (myself included).

  40. I just got my spring haircut! I’ve also been running outside and drinking lots of smoothies. My favorite thing about Spring is probably seeing everyone outside enjoying the beautiful weather (myself included). And of course, new makeup shades!

  41. My favorite thing about spring is my birthday which is at the end of April! Also, I live in Minnesota, so spring is lovely after a long, cold, snowy winter. I just love getting outside again for longer than it takes to get from the car to the store!

  42. I have eliminated grains and am feeling a million times greater! I have also started to have hot water and lemon every morning when I wake up. 🙂 Lots of exercise and beauty sleep as well!

  43. Something I am doing for my health & beauty to mark the change of the seasons is shopping at my local farmers market and switching my makeup to all natural and organic ingredients.
