Look of The Day | Pretty In Pink – The Hemp Butterfly

Spring is almost here and I was inspired to do a colorful look wearing some new jewelry pieces. I am a huge lover of jewelry but over the years I have become more picky with my choices. I tend to reach for more unique pieces. I also love to wear more colorful designs during the Spring and Summer months and the jewelry I received from The Hemp Butterfly on Etsy are all so perfect for the upcoming months (or really any month!). The colors are so vibrant and quickly can change your mood from dull to cheerful. The work that has gone into these pieces are unmistakable and more than inspirational.

I am absolutely in love with everything I received from The Hemp Butterfly and have many more beautiful pieces to show! Everything is so unique and colorful. I also am trying out some new cosmetics from Real Purity and instantly fell in love with their Wine Lipstick. It is the perfect berry color that is super flattering, and I felt it paired perfectly with the jewelry.

  1. Wow. Both you and the jewelry look gorgeous! I would love to see some makeup look tutorials from you~ the color choices are amazing! Love it!

  2. omg, I LOVE these earrings!! BTW, What do you use for concealer? I have yet to find the one that works for me. I have horrible dark circles. I have tried Tarte (two different kinds), all natural face powdered concealer (waiting on the cream concealer now), Mychelle dermaceuticals, etc… Also, every time I put on concealer, no matter how much I use, it gets a cakey look. Drives me NUTS!!!! You’re skin is so flawless!!

    1. Hi Shandy,
Thank you for your comment. I fight dark circles all the time!! my new FAVORITE concealer for the dark circles is by Jane Iredale. It’s their Circle Delete Concealer. It’s amazing at canceling out the darkness. I will be doing a review soon. Another great natural concealer is by Christopher Drummond, the Duo-Phase concealer. I hope that helps! and thank you but trust me my skin isn’t flawless, we all have flaws – it’s what makes us unique!! ❤

    1. Thank you, Ann! I will definitely have to grab a sample and see how it goes! I am only 30 and I now have these awful little wrinkles under my eyes, of course to me they seem like deep cracks! The concealer keeps getting trapped in them.. So between the dark circles and wrinkles, I am going crazy! lol
