RITUAL No.2

What a surprise your nose will discover in the Ritual No. 2 natural perfume oil. This is the second addition to the soon to be released Denver-inspired fragrance line. Ritual No.2 is a gourmand’s dream come true. With a top note of chocolate (yes, really) and a perfect dry down following with wafts of cardamom, cognac, bitter almond as well as other proprietary blends. As I write this I keeping get distracted by sniffing my wrists. It’s so seriously unique with hints of spice and cacao absolute and it oozes sexiness.Truth be told, here are actual pieces of the herbs and spices floating around in the bottle. So be sure to shake it before you apply. A little goes a long way. Two drops shared on your wrist, neck and even your hair is enough. I’m warning you, you will be immediately addicted to this delicious scent.

I just applied a few drops to my cuticles with this light and non-greasy formula. Five seconds later I’m back to typing! Made with: apricot kernel oil, rice bran oil, avocado oil and jojoba infusion of calendula, horsetail and rosemary, castor oil, rosemary extract, vitamin e, frankincense and lavender essential oils. This multi-tasking creation is moisturizing as well as healing for cuticles and even dry skin patches. AUNTIE ELDER’S IMMUNE BREW

I’m an admitted fan of everything I’ve ever tried by R.L. Linden. But this tea has moved up to the top five favorites! When I began writing this review I made a decoction of 1 Tbs.of the tea with one cup of water and simmered on the stove for 15 minutes. Ingredients: elderberries, cinnamon chips, orange peel, vanilla bean, oregon grape root, cardamom seeds and rose hips. After straining the tea I added a tsp. of raw honey. My kitchen smelled like an Autumn infusion from the beautiful berries, spices and flowers releasing all their aroma and goodness into the spring water. This warming, immune boosting blend has won my heart. They also include in this limited edition box specific directions for creating a syrup from this tea blend. I’m thinking what a great gift to make for family and friends for the holidays.

“Listen! The wind is rising, and the air is wild with leaves, we have had our summer evenings, now for October eves!”

  1. Do you have any idea how much this limited edition goodie bag will be, Britanie? I’m lusting most after the bath soak and tea. I’ve never tried R.L Linden, but I’m about to purchase the ‘Thousand Petal Beautifying Mist’, as the scent just sounds so unique! I’ve tried a lot of sprays/toners and have never been quite so captivated by a product description before.

  2. Woooo! Got in lightning fast and snagged myself The Autumn Box within the first 5 minutes of it going live =3 Cannot wait to receive this baby in the mail!
If only I’d known about R.L Linden & Co earlier! So bummed I missed out on the first three seasonal boxes ='(
