When it comes to skincare, I take it very seriously. I see it as a ritual. A type of meditation. Time to really take time to be in-tune with both my skin & soul. I especially look forward to my skincare routine in the evenings when I can light a candle, wind down + spend extra care & really pamper myself. I have been a huge fan of the Jade Roller for quite some time now but recently brought it back out and have been using it a few times a week.
Jade Facial Treatments are based on an ancient traditional Chinese medicine technique that utilizes a specially designed jade stone tool to massage and manipulate the muscles and fasciae of the face and neck while stimulating acupuncture energy points of the face, neck and head. It is designed to normalize the flow of qi and blood to the face, neck and head while promoting lymphatic drainage. (+)
It is absolutely amazing for detoxing + clearing the skin, drains the lymph nodes, relieves sinus pain and pressure & can even help your oils/serums/creams absorb into the skin better. If you have puffy eyes, try leaving your Jade Roller in the freezer the night before and then using it to apply in the morning. It gives instant relief to puffiness, swelling or tired eyes.
Next up in my pamper routine? The Jade Gua Sha Scraper + this other Jade Roller. (I hope to have a little collection).

I definitely like to treat my skincare routine as if it were a ritual as well. A few minutes of pampering every night!
I would love to try this. But I am quite confused how can I use this on my face, would it work on my senstive skin?
I love the
I love the idea of adding this to my nightly routine! It’s like the self-massage I do using Lotus Wei oils for chronic pain and stress. I would love to see a periscope on your routine using your jade roller and jade scraper.
warm healing thoughts!
