I am so inspired by this story of Daphne from Doing Well. As someone who has suffered from Endometriosis for 17 years, to read such a positive healing story and know that someone else with debilitating Endo was able to go into remission!? Well let’s just say it gives me me so much hope that mine will also go into remission. 👌🏻👊🏻💪🏻

Have you tried these liquid highlighters from the one and only Maya Chia Beauty? (Read about my holy grail serums here). These highlighters are everything.

New favorite organic rosewater. I love it so much I even got the smaller version to carry in my purse!! Confession: I spray this rosewater on my face probably more than I should. It’s the most refreshing, calming mist and it’s been taking place of most of my serums lately. Love it. I also use it to set my makeup. 

I’ve been having quite the love affair with this balm (full review coming soon!). 

I didn’t really think it was possible to look forward to flossing my teeth until I found these and now I am planning on buying ever flavor. Best floss out there.

Speaking of dental hygiene (something I plan to go more in-depth about in an upcoming post) I now use a tongue scraper daily and let me tell you, I will never go back.

This has been helping with anything from a full-blown migraine to a tension or a nervous headache and nausea. It also works for pain all over the body. Highly highly recommend.

If I lived in a perfect world and could afford to only ever buy completely eco-friendly fashion I would. However, life isn’t perfect and so I live my life in balance and I am in love with all of A&E’s recent necklaces and chokers. This one is my newest favorite.

Seasonal allergies have been coming back into play so I am bringing back out my neti-stick, nasya oil, salt inhaler, and my beloved sinus remedy. 👃🏻🙏🏻
