Introducing the creators, Maryna & Mark Kracht of one of the most luxurious brands I’ve recently had the pleasure to experience. This dynamic duo, ‘always on the prowl for adventure and happiness’ are blessed to live and create their luscious eclectic products from the inspiring exotic island of Kauai, Hawaii.

The fruits of their labor:  Mahalo Eco-Chic Skin Care * Made on Kauai, Hawaii. Artisanal skincare crafted by hand. This is a luxury experience with eco sophistication. And one of the most creative packaging ideas I’ve come across yet. Maryna & Mark, have designed a MOST unique Eco-luxurious skincare line infused with Mahalo (Hawaiian word for gratitude, esteem and respect). I really and truly am head-over heels for this brand and for the products.

‘This super elixir is a luxurious, optimally hydrating skin food that rejuvenates skin with a potent synergistic blend of exotic Polynesian Tamanu super-oil & precious organic supercritical CO2 extracts of Cumin, Sea Buckthorn, Carrot and Turmeric. Power packed  with omega-3s, vitamins, minerals & antioxidants this elixir stimulates  youth + vitality by indulging, nourishing and rejuvenating your skin.’

My sensitive skin is drinking up this gorgeous oil. Just a few drops on a damp face and this beautiful golden elixir sinks right into my skin, leaving the most beautiful glow. Wait until you experience the love you feel from this VERY special product. I’ve tested it out now for over a month and I adore the scent, texture, color, and most important: how my skin feels after using this unique elixir. I would recommend this for every skin type out there!

I’m rather addicted to this particular product.

‘This modern multi-care balm is an over-achieving skin regeneration concentrate that blends exotic super oils ( Macadamia, Tamanu, Kukui, Sea Buckthorn & Rosehip) with Tumeric, Grapeseed Butter and Beeswax.

The result is a sophisticated performance that’s finished by light subtle notes of sandalwood (one of my favorite essential oils), that balances my mood and at the same time fades away the signs of aging. I just turned 30 so it’s “now or never” for being proactive! I use Mahalo Body Balm for my hand cream, body, makeup remover and even as my lip balm. It’s the one product that can replace so many of my personal care items. I love that the formulation blends in so quickly and is super rich and creamy. And again, I love the color (thanks Tumeric). The formulation is super rich and creamy. I happen to adore the color and it blends right into my skin. The scent is soft and light. This product does wonders for my Eczema & Dermatitis flare ups as well!

PELE MASK Concentrate

PELE Mask is a potent skin detoxifying concentrate.  I use this mask once a week. I have ultra-sensitive skin and I find that after this luxurious Hawaiian treatment, my skin feels fresh and renewed.

In the picture I’m showing the mask with added distilled water mixed in the “Treatment Mini-bowl” (handmade and the most beautiful rich color) and available on their site!  But my favorite way to prepare this is with Manuka honey. I simply mix equal parts PELE Mask and the antioxidant rich honey (Wedderspoon Brand). The ingredients in the mask are a  bioactive blend from the Earth, flowers, plants and fruits that transform my skin and give me a little peak into the bountiful natural pleasures that are bestowed upon Kauai and added into this purifying treatment. (All thanks to the ingenious creativity of Maryna & Mark!)

Named after the Hawaiian Volcano Goddess Pele, the mask is supercharged by “botox-plant” Hibiscus, anti-inflammatory Turmeric, collagen-boosting vitamin C, anti-aging Neem leaf, oxygenating Cayenne, sebum-balancing Witch Hazel, wrinkle-fading Guava, acne-fighting Holy Basil, toxin-magnet Volcanic Ash Clay and bacteria-absorbing Activated Bamboo Charcoal. Quite a line-up of skin enhancing and stimulating ingredients.

* I absolutely adore that you can purchase the refills of the PELE Mask to simply “top up” your product.  What an eco-friendly option. Just simply check under the lid of the bamboo jar for instructions.

Maryna & Mark, have designed a MOST unique Eco-luxurious skincare line infused with Mahalo (Hawaiian word for gratitude, esteem and respect). I love this line! And you will too.

  8. Hey sweetie!!
First of all thank you so much for this chance.
I eyed this Mahalo Care products about 1 month ago and I’d like to win the Balm since right now my skin is like veeeeerrry dry with bad reactions (you and me are pretty similar, we both love cv skinlabs too) and I feel like this balm that has extraordinary ingredients (specially tamanu oil which is one of my HG) that can heal any pain.
I want also to share it (if i’d win) this treasure with my aunt, who recently was diagnosed brain cancer and right now is under radiology therapy, she is having cracked and dry hands, feets and face. Humor is very low so I can only imagine that such a beautiful gift like this can bring her a little peace and calm.
I’m sure she will love it and will have taking care of her skin.. Turmeric is one of the anti cancer most powerful powders out there, plus smell must be awesome!
The brand caught my attention because i love Hawaii and being so far away makes me dream a lot about this magical healing place that be me seems the paradise ❤

Big kisses and thanks a lot for this opportunity!

  9. Hi Britanie! Hope you’re feeling better these days 🙂
I would LOVE to receive the Mahalo balm gift because this brand is truly devoted to bring high quality and the purest ingredients to all of us… They are willing to share their knowledge so our skins and ourselves feel better everyday! Also, it sounds amazingly good to heal my overly dry winter skin…! Another item for me is that they don’t even ship to Portugal so I never had the chance to try any of their lovely formulations… Hope I can bring this one home to me!!!

  10. This is my first time hearing of this brand. I love that Eco can be luxurious. I would love to try. Thank you

  11. Turmeric is one of my favourite spices to use in food and on my skin. However, I live in a remote area of Kazakhstan at the moment and I haven’t been able to find the spice anywhere in town. I order that (and all my natural/organic skin care products) online. I’d love to try the Mahalo balm because of its ingredients and the fact that I can’t source the ingredients to do a DIY mockup where I live

  12. Fairly recently I started getting into balms, mostly in the hope that it would ease my dry skin. And my skin has never been better. Now I’m hunting around for the best balms because I want to be the most well moisturized girl around.

  13. Farily recently I’ve gotten into balsam as the solution to my dry skin. And they are perfect and now I want them all. I have in Fiore’s fleur vibrante which smells like jasmine heaven and Mahalo’s balm is next on my list. #livingthemoistlife

  14. That balm looks fantastic! I love a multitasker and rosehip oil is my evening go-to…but I’ve never tried it mixed with turmeric and the other goodies in there. Sounds like a winner to me!

  15. Wow! I would love to try out a new mask that would help out with my ance ,its horrible to feel with this . this looks amzing ,and I would share with my mom too so crossing my fingers and thank you 🙂

  16. Please oh please oh please pick me! I have used the multi-purpose balm, and it is amazing! I’ve used it on dry patches, around my eyes, on my smile lines — it works wonders for everything! I LOVE the natural ingredients, and I know I’m not putting anything toxic on my skin! I’d love to try more from MAHALO!!!

  17. awesome! Thank goodness for this! I’ve been dying to try this brand for ages now! I love their packaging and gorgeous ingredient lists 😀 The balm seems like it would be amazing for my dry skin and I just had a birthday so this would be an awesome late birthday gift 😛 thanks for the giveaway Britanie and awesome review as always ♥

  18. I have been wanting to try the Mahalo balm, but cannot afford it at the moment. I have seen you post it many times and it looks divine. I was recently in Hawaii for my Honeymoon and I fell in love with the Islands. Anything from there is magical and reminds me of that special time in my new life! Love your Insta and your blogs! Peace and love!❤️

  19. Rave reviews all over the place have piqued my interest in this brand and I’d love to try the balm mainly because of the ingredient turmeric – I’ve heard so many good things about this star ingredient. I also love that it’s a multi-purpose balm.

  20. I feel like this brand really exploded on the green beauty scene recently – I hadn’t heard about them until a few weeks ago and now I’m seeing them everywhere. I’d love to try (and have been contemplating it) the Pele Mask. I love a good mask and have been looking around for a new one as I’m coming to the end on my May Lindstrom and Tata Harper masks. Now I’m also intrigued about the balm after reading your thoughts. I hadn’t thought of it as a multi-purpose product and I’m always looking for those for travel.

  21. i just turned 30 earlier this year and have been all about skincare since then…yeah, i know, im starting skincare late, and i dont know where to even begin (help me). in my new quest of skincare, i stumbled upon mahalo skincare on instagram and have been eager to try their products. i figured i could start somewhere with this giveaway 🙂

  22. I first saw Mahalo Care back when they were fundraising on Indiegogo. I’ve had my eye on them since then and feel so happy for their contiguous success. As a green beauty blogger, I am constantly searching for products that care about the level of quality in their products and for the environment. The ingredients in this balm are spot-on and it sounds like a joy to use.

  23. I spoted Mahalo at the oahu wanderlust festival. I got the sample kit and became obsessseddd. The scent, and just the way it makes my skin feel great. I love the story behind the brand, and the packaging is just amazing. I would love to stock my cabinet with Mahalo products! 😀🙌

  24. I would love the Mahalo balm because I’m looking for a clean makeup remover! I love that it is so multi-purpose, and the makeup removing part sounds right up my alley! I haven’t tried anything from Mahalo but I am DYING TOO!! I love the ingredient of Turmeric. Turmeric is basically magic haha! I haven’t used it on my skin and now i’m wondering why the heck I haven’t LOL…

  25. I just placed an order for some Mahalo products a couple of days ago, and I can’t wait to try them! I ordered the small jar of the balm, so would love to win the full-size! I keep hearing how amazing these products are, and I love how the balm has so many different uses!

  26. I’ve been following them on Instagram for a while, but just liked their Facebook page! I adore how in love this couple is! Screw Disney world- I think Hawaii is the most magical place on Earth 🙂 Oh my goodness, this would be such a treat! The ingredient list looks amazing! I would love to try it because I don’t think I’ve used a skincare product containing Turmeric? I’ve only used it in cooking and juicing 😉

  27. Thank you for hosting this giveaway! 🙂 I would love to win the Mahalo Balm because the ingredients combine some of my favorite oils, such as Sea Buckthorn and Rosehip, all into one beautiful multi-purpose product. I also really like the addition of Turmeric. I add Turmeric to my food whenever I can, so I love the idea of applying it to my skincare routine. I think the mission statement of the brand embodies everything I love about green beauty. You can really feel the passion behind the brand and the fact that the products are handcrafted in Kaua’i is just icing on the cake. The gorgeous, eco-friendly bamboo packaging is enough to put all its mainstream beauty counterparts to shame. Besides, who doesn’t want a piece of Hawaiian indulgence waiting for them on their vanity table or inside their bathroom cabinet?

  28. Tumeric, Kukui, Tamanu and Rosehip all in one product?! Amazing! I love all the healing properties of this oil and facial skin can definitely use the help with all the acne and eczema I suffer from!

  29. Have supported Maryna since the days of her budding entrepreneurship! It’s been fantastic to see her succeed! Why do I want to win the jar of THE BALM – because it’s THE BOMB!

  30. Do I want to win or do i want my skin to win? If I won, I would give to my twin sister Megan! I want Megans skin to win!

  31. I visited Kauai many years ago with friends and loved the island’s welcoming and beautiful vibe. But, I never knew Hawaii to be a source of quality skincare until I recently saw Mahalo on Ahalife’s website (also introduced by Britanie). Would love to try their fragrant, natural and luxurious products!

  32. Yay, lovely giveaway, Britanie! And a lovely range! I adore balms so this giveaway makes me overly excited. 33. This is a new brand to me but it sounds delightful. With sensitive skin I am always searching for products that will calm and soothe while helping my hormonal acne which is tricky. The balm ‘s ingredients sound like they would do just that. I love that everything is made or produced/grown as locally as possible as well as being of a high quality. I can almost smell Hawai’i when reading the description of the balm and other products. And a nice plus the containers are made from bamboo and gorgeous to boot!

  34. I LOVE their packaging but especially the ingredients they as it seems like the healing ingredients for my eczema prone skin. I love tumeric in skin care and it looks like majority or all of their products have that as an ingredient! I have not heard about this brand before until you mentioned it. Thank you for introduction and for the chance, Britanie. ❤

  35. Thank you so much for making this giveaway open internationally! I moved to Norway almost a year ago and my skin is still adapting and changing, I’m still trying to find a suitable skincare for my combination, sensitive and dehydrated skin. I’m only sure about two things – the purer and simpler (no long ingredient lists) are the products, the better my skin reacts; the less products in my routine, the better – yay for multitasking! Mahalo balms ticks the boxes for me so I would LOVE to win this! So curious how product made in Hawaii would work for someone in Norway, two different worlds really 🙂

  36. I purchased the sample size of the balm a few months ago and love it so much. I’m trying to use it sparingly, but I really want to use it from head to toe. A full size would be very useful.
The MAHALO brand has become one of my favorites. Everything from the high quality organic ingredients to the eco-friendly packaging make their products stand out from the rest. I can’t wait to try the rest of their line.

  37. I would love to try the balm. It sounds like my sensitive skin would really benefit from its ingredients.

  40. I would love to try this brand. The all natural ingredients are a must for me nowadays. Having just turned 40 knowing what I put on my skin that is basically absorbed by my body has to be as natural and pure from the earth as possible. Plus the fact that the Mahalo Balm is such a multipurpose product really is a must. Knowing I can use it on not only my face but my body as well and that it was meant for all purpose use is truly outstanding. And with the anti inflammatory ingredient Tumeric, it really is a must for my sensitive skin. I would be ever so grateful to win the opportunity to try what looks and sounds like an amazing product from such a eco conscious brand, Mahalo.

  41. Love the blends of exotic super oils and the organic extracts of many known items from my kitchen (cumin n turmeric). It definitely will work on my dull , uneven skin which is prone to break outs after using various products. Hope this is a break through in my search for a perfect 1 product.

  42. I am new to green beauty as of this past year, and would love to try Mahalo products! I am especially interested in the mask and the elixir as my skin is recovering from acne scars and I hope to use these products to brighten my complexion, as well as start to experience the ritual of skincare. Trying to move towards the not-needing-foundation skin goal! Thanks so much for this fantastic giveaway and promoting amazing, goo-for-you products made by great people.

  43. I cannot wait to get my hands on Mahalo products. An all-natural ethical line that uses high-quality eco-friendly ingredients that does miracles for your skin (wonderful review Britanie!). Crossing my fingers and toes to be selected for this giveaway 😀

Also, I really like that they have a Think Dirty rating of 0! I’m always looking for clean products, and this looks like it could be a new fave!

  45. Hi! Thank you for a bit of hawaii! I would love to try the balm as I struggle with hormonal acne since last year. Wishing all of you luck and health!
    Aloha, hereforlipsticks on IG

Xoxoxoxo 😊

  49. Thank you for this delicious Hawaiian whirlwind. I love their thoughtful packaging and their balm seems to be a treat that would relieve my lizardy superdry/allergy prone skin circus. I had some dermatitis moments on my nose as well, but gladly eliminating foods and some ingredients helped me get rid of it, this balm must be powerful if it helped with that too!

  50. I have dry yet acne prone skin so the turmeric for inflammation and the coconut oil and beeswax sounds pretty much perfect. I also like the fact that I can use it for just about anything.

  51. I have been wanting to get this product so badly if had my eye one it for a while but haven’t been able to get it because I don’t have the money to afford it. I recently had a c-section and I gave birth to my baby boy, I love him with all my heart, but He has me broke, I don’t work and only my husband is supporting us with his low income. So I’d like to win this giveaway because it be a moment for to spoil myself with an amazing product and be able to have something Of quality instead of having to cope with dollar store face cream. It would be so great to finally have a mahalo balm that I’ve been dying to get. And if I don’t win, I hope to one day get it in the future. Regardless mahalo is amazing and even though I’ve never used it, I’m in love with the colors and the nature of the product.
